Solo exhibition @ Tiny Affairs, April 22, 2016
Knocky three times. A Calderesque folding sky in case we don’t need it right now. It always carries wind. I wasn’t frightened when I built the other ship, but because I saw it on a painting inside the lovely death lamp. It must be the ship Matthew-Robin talked of when we sat on the beach, it’s loaded with all the news I didn’t read. Behind the third is someone who read the text. Behind the third is a father. Behind the third Sara continues.

Tiny Affairs is an exhibition space on the nails of artist Sara Sandfær. At the opening of Naglfar, Sara was to be found in the kitchen of her private home. Special thanks to nail technician Paw Pedersen for sponsorering, collaboration and supervision. Thank you to Pal for title legends, and to my mom, Magnus and Zeinab for helping me cut the nails. All photos by Magnus Kaslov.
Banke tre gange.
